Click Networks provide cost effective Managed IT support services, with no complex rules and criteria to understand. If you have a problem and you are a Click Networks support client, then simply call or email us between 0800 - 1800 or you can log a support ticket directly by Opening a Support Ticket. We treat all our client's IT issues with importance and the respect they deserve as we understand the impact to your business when things go wrong.

Click for support and we guarantee to respond within your Service Level Agreement. Our normal opening hours are 0800 - 1800, however if required we can provide support 24/7 as part of your contract.

Click Networks operate a professional helpdesk, which is designed with the client in mind. All support queries are logged in our CRM helpdesk which then generates a support Ticket for you and our IT helpdesk. The problem will then be rectified either by our helpdesk, or by your dedicated engineer fixing it remotely or attending on site.
