Our new Service desk is led by a service manager and a professional team is exclusively based in our head office and works to determined service level guarantees. They keep to the same principles of customer service and business focus that govern our on-site engineers, and work closely with the on-site team and account managers to ensure that we always have a comprehensive and business-wide understanding of your needs.

Service Desk Guide

We provide unlimited telephone and remote support during supported hours (Mon-Fri, 8am – 18.00pm). If you need help out with our core business hours then this can also be arranged.

With service available 24 hours a day 7 days a week if needed and a guaranteed immediate response to business-critical issues, our service desk is a key part of our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Our clients can raise the tickets and check the progress of their support issues through our service desk portal, or they can raise an issue by telephone or email at any time. We provide comprehensive issue reporting as part of our account management and governance process.
