IT support requests can be logged in three ways: by phone, by e-mail or directly into our Customer Relationship System (CRM) via the Clicknetworks Portal.

All our IT support is unlimited, whether by phone or remotely. We make no differentiation and we will never send you an additional bill, no matter how much support you use.
